Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work on Klaas, the social media scheduling and publishing service operated by Claydex Consulting Partners LLC. It restates Section 10 of our Terms of Service, which governs if the two ever appear to differ.

Try before you pay

Paid plans may be offered with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription and the first charge is taken at that point. One trial per customer. The trial is the intended way to decide whether Klaas is right for you.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings — no email required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full access until then and you are not charged again.

Fees already paid

Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We do not provide partial refunds or credits for unused time, for downgrading a plan, or for periods in which you did not use the Service.

When we do refund

  • If we terminate your paid account for reasons other than your breach of the Terms, we refund the unused portion of your prepaid fees on a pro-rata basis.
  • If you were charged in error — billed twice, billed after cancelling, or charged for a plan you never received — we refund it in full, however long ago it happened.
  • Where the law requires it. Mandatory consumer-protection rights where you live override anything on this page.

How to ask

Email contact@klaas.pro from the address on your account, with roughly when the charge happened and what went wrong. We answer within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

If you think a charge is wrong, please email us before disputing it with your bank — a refund is almost always faster. We may suspend an account with an unresolved chargeback until it is settled.
