Turn views into leads (and leads into customers)
Section 6 of 7
Views are the start of the Klaas loop, not the finish. The goal isn't to be watched — it's to be contacted. This is where visibility becomes a pipeline: a viewer notices you, trusts you, and reaches out. Let's make that path deliberate.
The path from viewer to customer
Nobody hires an expert off a single post. It's a journey:
Post -> Profile -> Bio -> Your offer -> Conversation -> Client.
Every step is a place you either keep someone moving or quietly lose them. Optimise the whole path, not just the top of it.
Today's mission
- Add a clear, specific next step to your best-performing posts — and pin it.
- Update your bio so it names who you help and links straight to your offer or booking page.
- Reply to comments like a human. Helpful, specific answers pull people to your profile faster than any call-to-action.
What actually converts an expert audience
Lead with the problem, not the pitch
Make content that genuinely helps someone with a problem you solve — then mention how you help as the natural next step. The line between "useful" and "an ad" is thin. Stay on the useful side. Give the insight away for free; people who got value will come looking for the paid version.
Show the work
Demonstrate your thinking. A teardown, a before/after, a walk-through of how you'd approach a real problem beats talking about your expertise. Let people watch you be good at the thing.
Say plainly who you help
In your caption and your bio, state the outcome you deliver and for whom. When the right person lands on your profile, they should know in five seconds that you're for them — and where to go next.
Make the next step frictionless
A link to book a call, join a list, or download something useful. One clear action beats five. Capture the lead while the interest is warm — that contact is the start of a customer relationship, and the beginning of your next piece of content.
Close the loop
Every conversation teaches you what your audience actually struggles with. Feed that back into your next posts. That's the Klaas loop in motion: your expertise earns visibility, visibility earns leads, leads become customers — and customers hand you the material for sharper expertise.
Conversion checklist
- A clear next step on your top posts (and it's pinned)
- Bio names who you help and links to your offer
- Content is built around problems you solve
- Leads are captured somewhere you can follow up
Mistakes to avoid
- Obvious sales pitches. If it reads like an ad, it gets scrolled.
- Vague calls to action. "Check out my stuff" gives no one a reason to move.
- Expecting instant clients. Trust compounds; give it a few touches.
- Ignoring comments. Replies build relationships and reach — especially early, when your audience is small.
