How to plan and schedule your content in advance
Klaas lets you write your posts now and have them go out later — so your audience hears from you consistently, even in the weeks you're heads-down on client work. Plan once, publish on autopilot.
Why planning ahead pays off
- Stay visible without staying online. Set a week (or a month) of posts in one sitting and let them publish on schedule.
- Keep a steady rhythm. Consistency is what turns an audience into leads. Gaps cost you both.
- Write when the idea is hot. Capture a thought the moment you have it; Klaas holds it until the right time to post.
- Protect your busy season. Front-load content during quiet weeks so your presence never goes dark when you're slammed.
How scheduling works in Klaas
From the composer you can:
- Schedule individual posts for any date and time across every connected platform.
- Batch a campaign — a launch, a series, a seasonal push — weeks ahead.
- Set a recurring Posting schedule (in Calendar) so Klaas slots new posts into the time windows that work best for your audience.
Plan your first week in five steps
- Connect your accounts. Go to Connections and link the platforms where your audience already is.
- Open the composer. Head to Create and choose your post type — image, video, or text.
- Write your post. Add your caption and any media. Use the per-platform tools under the main caption to tailor each version.
- Pick when it goes out. Set a specific date and time, or drop it into a slot in your Posting schedule.
- Review and confirm. Check your scheduled posts on the Calendar before you lock them in.
That's it — your week of visibility is set. Now you can focus on the work only you can do, and let Klaas keep you in front of the right people.
