Platform limits and restrictions

Klaas applies a few limits to keep publishing fast and reliable for everyone and to protect the platform from abuse. Here's what to know.

Scheduling limits

Klaas doesn't limit how far ahead you can schedule — plan out as much content as you like. Each social platform sets its own posting rate limits, and Klaas automatically works within them; if a platform asks us to slow down, we handle it for you. Bulk uploads process up to 50 files per batch.

Video uploads

  • Formats: MP4, WebM, or MOV
  • Aspect ratios: 9:16, 16:9, 1:1, and 4:3
  • Length: 3 seconds minimum, 300 seconds (5 minutes) maximum
  • Per video: up to 500 MB Keep videos under 5 minutes so they work across every connected platform.

Image uploads

  • Formats: JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF
  • Aspect ratios: all ratios work — Klaas crops your images to fit each platform, and you can adjust the crop yourself
  • Per image: up to 10 MB
  • Per post: up to 35 images
