Connecting LinkedIn profiles and pages

You can connect your own LinkedIn profile and any LinkedIn pages that profile manages. This keeps your connection secure and working reliably.

What you can connect

  • Your own profile. You must be the owner of the LinkedIn profile you connect.
  • Pages you manage. You can connect pages owned or administered by your connected profile. You can't connect profiles or pages that belong to someone else.

How pages depend on your profile

LinkedIn pages connect through the profile that manages them, so:

  • The managing profile must stay connected while you add its pages.
  • That profile needs the right admin permissions on each page.
  • Once your pages are added in Klaas, you can disconnect the managing profile inside Klaas if you want. Note that revoking Klaas's access from inside LinkedIn itself will break publishing to those pages.

If you can't connect a page

Check that:

  1. You own the LinkedIn profile you're connecting.
  2. The managing profile is still connected in Connections.
  3. You have admin permissions on the page you're trying to add.

Confirming these keeps your LinkedIn publishing working reliably.
